| Definition of Private information |
Private information refers to information by which an individual can be
identified such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, sex, date
of birth, age etc) and any associated information of that individual.

| Private information gathering and its application |
When gathering/using information on Private information, GMD clarifies its objective and gather/use information by appropriate method. GMD will not supply Private information to third parties without prior notice to the said person, except for situations where disclosure is required by law.
GMD collects information at the time of brochure request, assessment application, consulting. GMD stipulates personal information protection policy and all staff will abide it and appropriately controls private information. Also, GMD appoints chief privacy officer on order to make the control system work effectively.
GMD will store private information for a necessaryperiod by appropriate
method and will scrap them after that.

It is possible to gather information on history of opening/transering e-mails
by using HTML mail, but GMD will not open these information to third parties.
GMD will use these information only for detection of user trend and improvement
of usability. Also, GMD will obtain advance approval from users when GMD
distributes HTML mails.

maintenamce, detection of user trend and improvement of usability.

| GMD may change privacy policy when new services are released or some services
are changed. But in these situations, GMD will not change privacy policy
without having prior approval by the said person. |
