He has been providing one on one coaching to management of Fortune 500 companies since 2006. He also delivers workshops on coaching to the management people. He focuses Ontological coaching, which clarifies own values, identities and Being of the clients and thus he supports his clients to have satisfied personal and professional lives. He is also a master practitioner of Meditation with 30 years practices, so guides his clients to enhance their own awareness and find their own new possibilities. He is also dedicated to the volunteer work to promote the importance of coaching in the society as certified coach of International Coach Federation. He gave a presentation entitled Meditation Based Coaching at Asia Pacific Coach Conference in 2010, 2014 and 2017. He was Vice-President of Asia Pacific Alliances of Coaches (2009 – 2011) and a member of ICF Tokyo Chapter Steering Committee (2008 to 2010). |
